Founded in 2021 by CEO and Founder Brittany Wells, MGS has become a trusted partner to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal agencies. Our capabilities span Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E), mission support services, and proprietary NextGen IT solutions, including our AQHR^® framework (Attract. Qualify. Hire.
