As a subcontractor to F3EA, Inc. MGS provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel, management, materials, equipment, services, and facilities helping enable the Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) and participating Special Operations Forces (SOF) to execute joint maritime certification and validation readiness exercises. These exercises address high-interest training issues for SOF, enhancing interoperability and interdependence among forces.

MGS instructors deliver a broad range of specialized courses, including VBSS Boarding Officer, Small Arms Marksmanship, Antiterrorism Training Supervisor, Security Reaction Force (Basic and Advanced), Submarine Force Sentry, Non-Compliant Boarding VBSS, Master-at-Arms Class “A” School, Crew Served Weapons (Instructor and Operations & Maintenance), and Non-Lethal Weapons (Basic and Senior Instructor).
